1. Agreement
VigorousLeads.com is owned and operated by Vigorous Works LLC, a limited liability company based in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA ("Vigorous Works", "VigorousLeads", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing this website or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
2. Our Services
VigorousLeads is a managed business communications provider and cloud communications consultancy. We provide consultation, setup, configuration and administration of cloud VoIP and business phone systems, video collaboration, virtual phone numbers and contact center support. The specific scope, deliverables and fees for an engagement are set out in a written quote, order or service agreement.
3. Eligibility
Our services are for businesses. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the business you represent.
4. Third-Party Providers
Many services we manage are delivered by licensed third-party carriers and platform providers. Their terms, pricing and availability apply, and we do not control them. Availability varies by country, business type and provider requirements. Third-party names and marks, where mentioned, belong to their respective owners.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use our services only for lawful, legitimate business communications and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Spam, robocalling abuse, caller-ID manipulation, fraud and any other unlawful activity are prohibited.
6. Compliance Responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your communications, which may include telemarketing, consent, do-not-call, anti-spam, call-recording and privacy laws in the countries where you operate. You are also responsible for providing accurate emergency (E911) address information for every number and location and for keeping it current.
7. Fees and Payment
Fees are as stated in your quote or service agreement. Third-party provider charges, taxes and regulatory fees may be passed through where stated. Unless your agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services have been provisioned.
8. Intellectual Property
The VigorousLeads name, logo and website content belong to Vigorous Works LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or reuse them without written permission.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or to comply with law or provider requirements. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any commitments in your service agreement.
10. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or the availability of any third-party service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigorous Works LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the fees you paid us for the services in the three months before the claim arose.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vigorous Works LLC from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the services in violation of these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
15. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Consent. By providing your mobile phone number on our website and checking the text-message consent box, you agree to receive text (SMS) messages from Vigorous Works LLC (VigorousLeads) at that number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and you can submit our forms without it.
Types of messages. Messages relate to your inquiry and our business relationship with you, such as replies to your consultation or contact request, appointment and consultation scheduling, setup and service updates, and customer support. We do not send marketing texts unless you separately agree to receive them.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry and the services you request. This is a recurring messages program while you are subscribed.
Message and data rates may apply. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for text messages, but your carrier may.
Opt out (STOP). You can cancel the text messaging service at any time. Reply STOP to any message and you will receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further text messages from us unless you opt in again. You can also email support@vigorousworks.com.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network availability.
Privacy. Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
