1. Our Approach

VigorousLeads is a managed business communications provider operated by Vigorous Works LLC (Hackensack, NJ). We support legitimate business communications and build compliance into setup and ongoing administration.

2. Telecom Compliance and E911

For the numbers and locations we provision, we register emergency (E911) addresses and review applicable telecom requirements. Customers must keep emergency address information accurate and current, and must tell us promptly when users or locations change.

3. Anti-Spam and Responsible Use

We do not support spam, scams, fraud, robocalling abuse, caller-ID manipulation or other illegal activity. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is prohibited, what customers must do, and how we enforce it.

4. Third-Party Providers

Some services are delivered by licensed third-party carriers and platform providers. Their terms apply to services they deliver, and availability varies by country, business type and provider requirements.
