1. Purpose

VigorousLeads.com is owned and operated by Vigorous Works LLC, a limited liability company based in Hackensack, New Jersey, USA ("Vigorous Works", "VigorousLeads", "we", "us" or "our").

This Acceptable Use Policy sets the rules for using our website and services. We support legitimate business communications only and enforce a strict anti-spam standard.

2. Prohibited Activity

You may not use our services, or allow others to use them, to:

Send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages, emails, texts or calls (spam) or contact people without the consent the law requires
Place autodialed, prerecorded, artificial-voice or robocalls without the prior consent required by law
Spoof, mask or manipulate caller ID or sender identity with intent to deceive or defraud
Contact numbers on do-not-call lists or ignore opt-out requests, except as the law permits
Engage in phishing, fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive or misleading communications
Harass, threaten, abuse or intimidate anyone, or send unlawful, hateful or obscene content
Make false or harassing calls to emergency services, or tamper with emergency address registration
Use purchased, scraped or harvested contact lists without lawful consent
Interfere with, probe or circumvent the security, fraud-prevention or traffic controls of our systems or any provider's network
Resell or share services in a way that violates our agreement or a provider's terms
Violate any applicable law, regulation or third-party provider policy

3. Requirements for Legitimate Business Communications

Customers must:

Obtain and keep records of the consent required for each call, text or email campaign
Identify themselves accurately and provide a working way to opt out
Honor opt-out and do-not-call requests promptly and within the time the law requires
Call and message only during the hours permitted by law in the recipient's location
Comply with laws in every country where they operate, including the United States, United Kingdom and Australia
Keep emergency (E911) addresses accurate and current

4. Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor for abuse, review complaints and investigate suspected violations. If we find or reasonably suspect a violation, we may, without notice and at our discretion, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend or terminate services, and refuse future service. Fees are not refunded for services terminated because of a violation. We cooperate with carriers, platform providers, regulators and law enforcement, and we may report violations to them.

5. Reporting Abuse

To report suspected abuse or spam connected to our services, email support@vigorousworks.com with as much detail as you can, such as dates, numbers and message content.
